The BELC V4B parent group have worked tirelessly to create a training package on a topic which they felt was an issue for many parents, not just in their community, but affecting families across the UK. Their training is called “Celebrating Difference, Unlocking Every Child’s Full Potential” , a programme for professionals to increase awareness and understanding of neurodiversity in children. The training has been informed by V4B parents’ experiences of raising children with additional learning needs alongside other parents and professionals’ views.
